amazing stay!

i loved how close the hotel was to all the main attractions i planned to visit! it really simplified everything. the room was super clean. the staff also arranged two beds, exactly what we wanted! the staff at the starbucks, who also helped guests, were fantastic every day of my stay. they were punctual with breakfast, cleaning, and always courteous!!

the lack of a constant reception or concierge was a bit frustrating for me. i sent a message through whatsapp on my first day. i did not receive a response. i just accepted there was no way to ask for any kind of support .

The location proved convenient. Staff members were nice and very helpful. I found the bed comfortable and the large tv a plus. I used the l'occitane products provided. They enhanced my bath.

The Breakfast from starbucks was too poor. There wasnt yoghurt available any day. It really dissapointed me.

The location was certainly central, right on the main pedestrian street.

The hotel WiFi did not work at all . I reported this multiple times, but nothing was done to fix it. This made it hard to plan the next day.
